  • Custom/Pre-Order Units (Wigs needing specific color/cut/sizing): Typically processed within 5-15 business days, depending on the complexity of the custom services requested.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options through reliable carriers.

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

    • Domestic (Nigeria): 1-5 business days.

    • International: 7-10 business days (may vary due to customs).

• Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's journey.

• Liability:

  • Hair Deluxe Pro is responsible for delivering the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., weather, holiday volume, customs), or for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided.
