Refund policy
Due to the exclusive nature of our luxury hair units and strict hygiene standards, Hair Deluxe Pro does not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where we have made an error on the order.
Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Enforced)
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances if:

The product was ordered incorrectly by the customer (wrong length, wrong style, wrong cap size).

The product has been worn, brushed, styled, cut, colored, washed, or treated in any way.

The lace has been cut, tinted, or damaged.

The original packaging seal has been broken or the tamper-proof tag is missing.

The item was purchased on sale or at a discount.
Exchanges/Refunds for Company Error ONLY
Hair Deluxe Pro will process an exchange or issue a full refund only if the necessity arises from an error on our part (e.g., shipping the wrong item, or a proven manufacturing quality defect).

Cost Commitment: If the fault is ours, Hair Deluxe Pro will bear the cost of receiving the old wig and the cost of shipping the correct replacement wig back to the customer.

Timeframe: You must notify us within 48Hrs of receiving your order, providing your Order Number and detailed pictures of the error.

Condition: The unit must still be unworn, unaltered, and in its original, sealed condition (tamper-proof tag intact) upon return.
